What we collect and why
If you fill in either of the two forms. From the short one we keep the name, the brand, the email, the account or website you give us and what you tell us about your situation. From the full audit form we also keep what you tell us about the business, your goals, the competitors you pick, what has been tried before and the production resources you have. We use it only to prepare the audit you asked for and to reply to you. The legal basis is your own request. We do not pass it to anyone or use it to send you advertising.
Site measurement. We use aggregate analytics that install no cookies and cannot identify anyone: they only count visits, where they come from and what is viewed. The legal basis is our legitimate interest in knowing whether the site works. If you also give us permission, we enable Google Analytics, which does use cookies; without your permission it does not load.
Cookies
No analytics cookie is installed when you arrive. The banner lets you choose, and we store your choice in your own browser —not on a server of ours— so we do not ask you again. If you accept, Google Analytics installs its cookies to tell visits and sessions apart.
Who else is involved
The site is hosted on Netlify, which also receives the form submissions. The anonymous analytics are provided by Cloudflare. Google Analytics, only if you have accepted it. Each processes the data on our behalf and under its own international transfer safeguards.
How long
Audit requests are kept while there is an open commercial relationship and, afterwards, for as long as needed to handle any claims. If you ask us to delete your request, we do.
Your rights
You can ask us to access your data, correct it, delete it, restrict its use, object to the processing or take it elsewhere. An email to alex@spacestudios.io is enough. If you think we have not handled it properly, you can complain to the Andorran Data Protection Agency or to the authority in your country of residence.
